For this Fredericksburg community, the brief was confidence: arrival spaces that make an immediate impression, and gathering spaces residents return to daily. The lobby sets the tone — a double-height volume anchored by a hand-drawn mural wall, sculptural brass pendants, and a composed arrangement of texture and tone.

Beyond the entry, the club lounge and community bar carry the energy forward: constellation chandeliers over soft seating, a wood-wrapped ceiling above the bar, and a patterned carpet in mineral blues that ties the rooms together. A model residence completes the story, translating the community's character to the scale of the home.
