LockKeepers

An iconic Cleveland restaurant, thoughtfully reimagined. The redesign of LockKeepers encompassed woodwork refinishing throughout, new wall, floor, and ceiling finishes, drapery, artwork, and accessorizing, along with select furniture replacement — a comprehensive renewal that honors the institution while bringing new warmth to its rooms.

The design draws from the history of the Ohio Erie Canal system, and from the story of the venue itself in its various iterations. That heritage surfaces throughout — in the canal mural along the stair hall, the collected art and artifacts of the gallery walls, and the rich, layered woodwork that anchors the dining rooms and bar.
